• Customs fees and import taxes (where applicable) are set by your local authorities and are not within our control.

• Flexaago covers the full cost of shipping for all listed countries.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as customs processing.

Custom Duties and Returns

• International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer. Flexaago does not control or estimate these fees.
• If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, we will not issue a refund. This is because shipping costs and handling have already been incurred, and the return is not due to any fault on our end.
• If a package is returned in good condition due to customs refusal, we will gladly hold the item and, subject to availability in Nigeria or the United States, offer to ship it to an alternative address in either country at no additional cost to the customer.

Order Processing & Shipping Logistics

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order using the following carriers:

• USPS – for U.S. orders

• DHL/UPS – for U.K. and Canadian orders

• Riders / GIG / DHL – for Nigerian orders

All orders are shipped with a tracking number (except for those within Lagos, Nigeria) so you can track them every step of the way. Please note that packages may be subject to delays beyond our control, including customs or postal delays.
